Design sheet by John Byrne for Kitty Pryde prior to her beng introduced in UNCANNY X-MEN.
Love this character! But hate the name “Ariel”. I thought her later codename “Shadowcat” was pretty good but it seems like that name is not liked either since she now seems to go by her ‘real’ name of Kitty Pryde.
